Corrine Williams serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Wellbeing. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives dedicated to student wellness and oversees the UK Counseling Center, the VIP Center, the Disability Resource Center, Triage, Referral, Assistance, and Crisis Support (TRACS), Prevention, Outreach, and Wellness Education Resources (POWER), and Campus Recreation.

Williams is a tenured faculty member in UK’s Department of Health, Behavior & Society in the College of Public Health. She also holds a faculty appointment in UK’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the College of Medicine. She has a strong research portfolio, with over a million dollars of external funding as a PI, including NIH projects dedicated to violence prevention programs on college campuses, and several million more as co-PI and research team member. She has over 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals – all focused on health behavior and wellness – as well as many book chapters, presentations, and invited talks. She has served as Director of Graduate Studies and interim Associate Dean, among other roles and responsibilities.

Williams holds a Doctor of Science and a Master of Science from the Harvard School of Public Health. She also holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology – one in Chemical Engineering and one in Humanities - Women’s Studies.
