Dominick Williams serves as the Assistant Vice President for Strategy and Enhancement within the Office of the Vice President for Student Success. In this role, he oversees all assessment practices, strategic initiatives, and compliance efforts for the Office for Student Success. Additionally, he supports the vice president with general administration duties and strategic project management.

Prior to this role, Williams served as the Director for the Office of Student Conduct. Additionally, he has previous experience in the fields of Residence Life and Fraternity and Sorority Life.

Williams received his M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the College Student Personnel program at the University of Louisville.
