All Registered Student Organization and Sponsored Student Organization events must follow the Dean of Students, Student Organization Event Policy. This includes submitting events to the University Events, Event Management System and BBNvolved. Events that have been submitted and meet one or more of the following criteria must meet risk reduction requirements:
- Large Numbers (100+ anticipated attendees)
- Events that have an anticipated attendance of 100 or more people, must have Event Monitor
- complete the following risk reduction requirements:
- All
- Events with Travel outside of Fayette County
- Events with Alcohol
that have been identified to complete the Large Number Event Monitor and/or Alcohol Monitor trainings can do so using the materials linked below. Please review the Large Number Event Monitor and/or Alcohol Event Monitor trainings and complete the corresponding quiz. Roster submission and completion of trainings are due no later than three (3) business days in advance of an event. Event Monitor training must be taken each academic year from July 1 to June 30.
