Spring 2026 Fitness Challenge

The UK Campus Recreation Spring 2026 Fitness Challenge is open for registration! Complete 40 Workouts from 2/4-4/22 to earn a FREE Tshirt! Boards will be placed in the Johnson Center and Alumni Gym but make sure you register here first!

Join UK Campus Recreation Intramural Sports for Wildcat 7v7 Soccer this spring! Teams will be scheduled for 3 games over 3 or 4 weeks followed by a single elimination tournament. No games will be played during spring break.

Mindfulness Walk Wildcat Check-in Week

Join UK HR Health and Wellness and UK Campus Recreation as we host a self-guided mindfulness walk across campus featuring five thoughtfully designed “moments” along the route. Each stop offers a brief, simple activity focused on breathing, reflection, connecting with nature, or creativity, along with optional resources to support mental health and overall well-being. A map will be provided.

Yoga on the Lawn Wildcat Check-in Week

Join UK Campus Recreation for Yoga on the Lawn @ the Main Building Front Lawn for a fun event to relax and rejuvenate at the end of your day. Work with Campus Rec yoga instructors for an all levels yoga class from 5:30-6:30pm on April 9th. Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel and some friends! We will see you there! The first 100 to attend will receive a free yoga mat!
