
William C. Parker Belonging Scholarship Program
The William C. Parker (WCP) Scholars Program at the University of Kentucky is a dynamic support program designed to empower scholarship recipients throughout their academic journey. Housed within the CARES First-Generation Unit, the program provides supplemental academic and personal guidance and professional development resources to ensure scholars thrive at the UK.
Through personalized success advising, structured study hours, academic skills development, and enrichment programming, WCP Scholars receive the guidance and support needed to maintain their scholarship eligibility, persist in their studies, and achieve their long-term academic and career goals. The program fosters a strong sense of community and belonging, equipping students with the tools and networks necessary for success inside and outside the classroom.

You can view your Parker Terms and Conditions by:
- Visit myuk.uky.edu
- Click on the “Financials” tab
- Select “Financial Aid” on the left side of the screen
- This should open up a new webpage.
- In the top banner, click on the tab labeled “View and Accept Offers”
- Click on the words “William Parker”
- This should open a popup with the terms and conditions required to maintain your Parker Scholarship.
