Sebastian Calmes, MBA

Case Manager

Sebastian serves as a Case Manager for the Center for Support and Intervention. They earned both a BS in English and MBA from the University of the Cumberlands. Dedicated to holistic support, Sebastian is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Health Coaching (May 2026) and is pursuing a Trauma-Responsive Practice Certificate (May 2027) at the University of Kentucky.
Prior to joining the CSI team, Sebastian served as a Wellness Specialist with UK HR Health and Wellness. His background in community health also includes time as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Staff Member at the Beaumont and North Loudon YMCAs. Outside of work, you can find him writing and playing music, spending time with friends and family, or exercising curiosity through spontaneous adventure! Sebastian is a firm believer in thinking deeply and constantly pushing the boundaries of what it means to be one's best self.
