The Financial Ombud Services works with students individually to assist in student financial challenges affecting scheduled payments for tuition and fees to the university.
What is Program Advising?
First-Generation advisors work with college advisors to support the success of first-year students. The program advisor monitors the transition into college life, academic progress, early alerts, and midterm grade reports. Students can make an appointment with an advisor through MyUK or by emailing firstgeneration@uky.edu.

Fit Academy is a unique educational opportunity for UK students to become certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors. If you like to motivate others to reach their health and fitness goals or have ever thought about getting certified to be a group fitness instructor, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Need a starting point in your journey or want to measure your progress? Your FREE Fitness Assessment is conducted by a Certified Personal Trainer and will help you establish your fitness baseline or measure your progress.
Are you a part of a Student Organization or a UK Department that is interested in a special fitness event? Campus Recreation certified fitness professionals can provide a custom session based on your group's fitness interests.
Do you have a maintenance request for your room? Our FIXIT call center is available 24/7 to assist you. Requests can be submitted here or by placing a call to 859-323-4948.
Registration for student organizations under Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) is managed by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. All student organizations must register each academic year.
