Well-Being by Design

The Well-Being by Design Program is a personalized, one-on-one support program that empowers students to build healthier, more balanced lives through intentional and individualized guidance. This program offers a menu of services to support students wherever they are on their well-being journey.

Well-Being Blueprint Sessions

Students meet with a certified health and wellness coach to reflect on their current habits, identify areas of growth, and co-create a personalized "blueprint" to guide their goals in areas such as stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, self-care, connection, and time management.

Nicotine Cessation Support

For students interested in reducing or quitting nicotine use, this service offers confidential, non-judgmental support, tools, and resources to build a realistic plan and manage cravings and triggers.

BASICS & CASICS (Brief Alcohol / Cannabis Screening and Intervention for College Students)

These programs offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to reflect on alcohol or cannabis use. Using a harm-reduction approach, they reduce risky behaviors and negative consequences while supporting student well-being. Students will work with a facilitator to create a plan that aligns with their goals.
