Through supporting initiatives such as National Hazing Prevention Week, educational workshops, and social norming campaigns POWER equips students with the skills to recognize, prevent, and stand against hazing.

Intuitive Eating and Body Image

Using an evidence-based weight-inclusive philosophy, POWER helps students develop a positive relationship with food by incorporating balance and variety without rigid rules or restrictions.

Mental Health and Stress Reduction

POWER offers Mental Health and Stress Reduction offerings and events throughout the semester including Mental Health Screenings, Fresh Check Day, and Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR).

Nicotine Cessation

Free nicotine/tobacco, vape treatment, and resources by engaging students with cessation counseling.
