Greek Park is the area of campus between Rose Street and Woodland Avenue where many of the chapter houses are located. This area is continuing to grow and develop with both new chapter houses and common use facilities.

To reserve space within Greek Park for events please contact the Event Management Office at meetatbigblue.uky.edu. Organizations must also submit an Event Submission Form through EMS and on their BBNvolved page after reserving the space.
All chapters houses must follow the requirements outlined in The Occupancy Agreement Policy.
The Design Guidelines for Greek Park are established through the Capital Project Management Division and are linked here.
Organizations interested in the Financial Model #3 where the organization finances the facility 51% through the University Development Office and 49% University internal loan, may see the terms of the internal loan beginning on page 4.
