Originally from Homewood, Illinois, Brandon started his higher education career by earning both his Bachelor’s degree (Communication) and Master’s degree (College Student Affairs) from Eastern Illinois University. He later completed his Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) at Eastern Kentucky University. Brandon has served in a variety of roles before becoming the Associate Dean of Students including Residence Hall Coordinator at East Carolina University, Area Coordinator at Kansas State University, Area Coordinator at the University of Kentucky, and Assistant Director for Training and Development, Director of Residence Life, and Acting Executive Director of Housing & Residence Life at Eastern Kentucky University. His favorite part about working in FSL at UK is the students as he is continuously inspired by them and their impact on the university. His priority for students is them knowing that the FSL staff is here to support them as they navigate their time as a student. Brandon loves spending time with his wife and two daughters as they are everything to him! He also enjoys baseball, bowling, golf, and football.
