Ryan Yonts

Fraternal Housing Coordinator 

Ryan joined the office of Fraternity and Sorority Life in August 2022 as the Fraternal Housing Coordinator for both Phi Gamma Delta and Kappa Sigma. He is from both Lexington and Whitesburg, Kentucky. He has recently made his way back to us from Costa Mesa, California where he relocated after graduating with his Bachelor’s in psychology here at the University of Kentucky. After college, Ryan was an intern with Disney. While at UK, Ryan was an active member of Alpha Phi Omega, SAB, and a K-Crew leader. Ryan is thrilled to be back in the bluegrass and part of the UK community once again. He wants to stand up and promote a well-diverse community where everyone should feel welcomed and included. His favorite part about working in FSL is getting to meet more students across the various councils to help make an impact in any way that he can. Ryan plans to pursue more graduate work in Higher Education and Gender & Women studies here at UK.  In his free time, Ryan enjoys going to the movies, running, hiking at Red River Gorge, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
