Meghan Wolf
Student Wellness Coordinator Senior, POWER
Meghan Wolf serves as a Wellness Coordinator Senior for Prevention, Outreach, and Wellness Education Resources (POWER) at the University of Kentucky. In this role, she develops and facilitates wellness programs that help students explore and strengthen all dimensions of their well-being. Her work centers on wellness coaching, body image, intuitive eating, and stress management—empowering students to build sustainable habits that support their academic and personal success. Meghan also serves as the internship coordinator for student employees at POWER.
A proud Wildcat alum, Meghan earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and her Master’s in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. She is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Health Education Specialist, and a Certified Body Image Coach. Meghan also serves as Co-Director of UK’s Graduate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, where she mentors and supports future wellness professionals.
