Non-Traditional Student Organization - The Non-Traditional Student Organization at the University of Kentucky (NTSO) is a place of community for non-traditional undergraduate students, meaning they are 23 years old or older and/or have graduated high school more than 1 year before enrolling at the University of Kentucky. Membership in this organization is open to all independent or non-traditional students at the University of Kentucky. The goals of the organization include:
- To create a place where non-traditional students can be in community together and safely share their concerns and needs.
- To provide a space where students feel like someone in authority is listening and working to address their concerns.
- To get direct information and access to resources on campus that can help the issues of non-traditional students.
- To amplify the voices of the non-traditional and independent student populations on campus.
