The Homesickness Support Group is a safe and welcoming space for individuals struggling with feelings of homesickness. Whether you're away from home for the first time or are struggling with this major life transition, this group provides support, understanding, and practical strategies to help you navigate these challenging emotions.
Purpose
The primary goal of the group is to provide a supportive community where members can share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and build connections with others who understand what they're going through. The group aims to reduce feelings of isolation and enhance emotional well-being.
Groups will be held at the Gatton Student Center - East Wing, 3rd Floor on Mondays from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
