National College Health Survey Complete to win prizes!

A random sample of all students enrolled for the Spring 2024 semester at the University of Kentucky will receive an invite to their UKY email to complete the American College Health Association (ACHA) National College Health Assessment. Survey invites will be sent in early February 2024.

The survey serves as a valuable tool to gather data needed to help support student well-being. The survey will ask about:

• sleep habits
• diet
• exercise
• use of tobacco and other substances
• sexual health
• stress

If you received an invite please respond honestly. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Your answers will be confidential, meaning no one will know the information you provided came from you.

The deadline line to complete the survey is March 8, 2024.
