This series includes 3 – 90-minute sessions that are designed to heighten user’s confidence to take part in resistance training tailored to each user’s wants and intensity levels. The first session focuses on using the Barbell to conduct resistance training. Movements will include the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and other Press/Pull Variations.

All participants receive a customized 4-week training program designed by a UK Campus Recreation trainer, Goals Session, and 1 private training session all valued at more than $150.
