Reservable Power Racks Available

The gym can get pretty crowded. With bookable power rack space now available, we are working to combat that. Each power rack is fully equipped with a dedicated adjustable bench, barbell, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, low-profile weight collars, a pull-up bar, and pulley access! Each booking is 50 minutes long, giving you more than enough time to complete a full workout. Book your rack in advance and arrive no later than 10 minutes after your booking start time to guarantee your space is saved. Ready to book a rack?

Outdoor Adventures Introduction to Climbing

Interested in learning how to climb? We have you covered! In this class, we will cover three key topics, climbing technique, gear, and terminology. Designed to teach you the basics of climbing and give you the confidence to start climbing, whether that be top rope or bouldering, this is an amazing opportunity to discover something new!

Intramurals are back for Spring 2024! This semester is packed with tournaments and leagues that cater to all interests! Sports do not have to be intimidating. Fitness Prep Week Group Fitness Schedules Dec. 3 - Dec. 9

Studying for finals can be mentally and physically exhausting, which is why it's important to take care of your mind and body! Exercise is a great way to release stress and improve your overall well-being. These prep week schedules offer a variety of classes to choose from, including yoga, cycle, barre and more! Intramural Sports Every Body Can Play Wiffleball and Pickleball

Sign up! These tournaments will show you that people of all sizes and abilities can enjoy Intramurals and find a sport that is right for you! Join us in Seaton Center Gym on December 7th beginning at 7pm for these one-day tournaments. Wiffleball will have two divisions (men's and open), while pickleball will be split into three divisions (men's, women's, and open). Have fun with your friends or make new connections!

Intramural Sports August Intramural Champions

The Intramural Champions of August 2023 were truly a force to be reckoned with. Amanda and Matt displayed their incredible skills at the Homerun Derby, leaving their competitors in the dust and securing the first Intramural title of the season. Meanwhile, God Did FC dominated street soccer, utilizing their impressive teamwork and strategy to outmaneuver their opponents. Tom and Dom proved to be the Cornhole Doubles champions, demonstrating their precision and accuracy in every throw. And let's not forget about the Rose St.
