Tired of long wait times? On a tight schedule? Need some dedicated time on a power rack or deadlift platform? Campus Recreation is excited to offer reservable rack space in the Johnson Center!

These state-of-the-art power rack and deadlift spaces offer a one-stop full-body training opportunity.

Each rack includes a dedicated adjustable bench, barbell, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, low-profile weight collars, a pull-up bar, and pulley access.

Other specialty accessories are available in the room making this a one-stop, modular training space that each person can configure to meet their needs.

How it works...

  • Advance reservations begin at the top of every hour and reservation holders who have not checked in by 10 minutes after the hour will forfeit their reserved time. 
  • Those who have forfeited their reservation may still make a walk-in reservation upon arrival if unreserved racks remain available.
  • Walk-in reservations may be made at any time during open hours.
  • Every reservation holder may have one additional person with them in the rack space at a time. To prevent crowding, reservation holders with parties larger than two must have the additional training partners remain outside the reservable rack area until it is their turn to lift.
