Becky Rhodes, MS, CLC
Professional Integrated Success Coach and Coach Trainer

Becky grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, and earned both her Master of Science in Education (Counseling Psychology) and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Her career has spanned various roles in mental health, research, health education, and advocacy. She served as a Health Educator at the Bluegrass Care Clinic and as a Research Assistant at the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging at UK. Becky spent many years as a counselor in community mental health working with youth, teens, and families. She also worked in the private sector as a counselor/behavior therapist assisting adults living with brain injuries. She is excited to be back at the University of Kentucky as an Integrated Success Coach, where she helps students reach their full potential. 

 

Prior jobs that shaped her: Becky previously worked as a Victim Advocate for the Georgetown Police Department, where she provided support, education, and advocacy for survivors of serious crime. This role deepened her expertise in guiding individuals through challenging circumstances, fostering resilience, self-advocacy, and inner strength. She was inspired by the courage and perseverance of the survivors she served.  

 

How she describes herself: Life-long learner, flower enthusiast, podcast junkie, energetic, and kind. 

 

A goal in life: To continue making our farm an eco-friendly and welcoming haven. 

 

Fun fact: Becky loves taking pictures of flowers, insects, and trees.  Some of her photographs are displayed at a local restaurant in Georgetown, KY!
