Prior jobs that shaped them:

Her second practicum was at UK Student Support Services, where she got to work as a Life Coach for first generation, low-income, and students with documented disabilities. This position allowed her to learn more about resources and supports available on campus for UK students. She then transitioned to her current role as an Integrated Success Coach for Transformative learning, which has allowed her to learn more about the kinds of tools that are most helpful to a college student’s academic and holistic success. Each of these positions provided a valuable set of skills and a knowledge of resources that combined to make her a more educated, trained, and compassionate staff member for UK students of any background.
