Fall Group Fitness classes are here and open to all skill levels. Classes range from 30 to 60 minutes with capacity depending on the location and format. Arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to secure your spot. At check-in, registered participants will be admitted first, followed by those on the waitlist, then walk-ups until the class is full. Entry closes 5 minutes after the start time. Registration is not required but is highly recommended to guarantee your place.
