UK Campus Rec's Online Fitness Coaching offers customized workout plans, personal trainer advice, and easy accessible support—all from the convenience of your own space. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or establish a healthier routine, our certified coaches are here to help. Stay motivated, stay accountable, and take your fitness to the next level with UK Campus Rec!
During the program you will complete a fitness assessment to create a personalized assessments based upon individual goals and needs and last about 30-60 minutes.

Online Fitness Coaching
Have you ever wanted guidance from a personal trainer or wanted to up your fitness game, online coaching is for you. UK Personal Trainers will utilize the True Coach online platform to design a program just for you with 3 workouts per week over a 12 week period. The program fee is $115.00.
Step One: Register and pay for the program.
Step Two: Complete this form to meet with a UK Campus Recreation Personal Trainer
Step Three: Schedule your fitness assessment with your assigned personal trainer.
Step Four: Get started!

If you are looking for a shorter program, take a look at Training 2 Go! Train2Go offers 4 week, templates offering the following programs for $25 per workout programs. Check out the options:
Couch to 5K - beginning running program
At home workout – do this workout in your apartment, res hall or even in the gym
Barbell/Dumbbell – using free weights to help you reach your goals
General Full Body Workout – get fit from head to toe
Machine/Cables Workout – Total body workout only using machines or cable machines
Purchase the option that works best for you, fill out the initial personal training paperwork and a Fitness Program Lead will contact you for next steps! We look forward to working with you!
