Purchase an initial training package that includes an assessment session, and two training sessions.

$75 for 1-hour individual private training

$60 per participant for 1-hour semi-private small-group training (Up to three participants)

Purchase ongoing training sessions individually or in bundles.

Individual Private Training 1-hour Options: $30 for a single session, $125 for a 5 session package ($25/session), $230 for a 10 session package ($23/session)

Individual Private Training 30-minute Options: $20 for a single session, $90 for a 5 session package ($18/session), or $160 for a 10 session package ($10/session)

Semi-Private Partner Training 1-hour Options: $25 for a single session, $100 for a 5 session package ($20/session), or $180 for a 10 session package ($18/session)

**There are NO 30 minute partner sessions at this time.
