What is Success Case Management?

Formed in 2023, the Success Case Management program is designed to help freshmen get adjusted to college life, navigate obstacles, and connect with resources that may be helpful. Through meetings with case managers as well as regular check-ins, students have a support person to help with any and all parts of their college experience. Your case manager will go over all aspects of life with you, building a big picture view of academics, wellbeing, career goals, physical and mental health, and involvement at UK. They are here to help with any situation, whether it's a minor roadblock or a significant challenge.

Success Case Management begins with an introductory meeting, then follow-ups as needed during the year to make sure your time at UK is going as smoothly as possible. A case manager's role is to give guidance while keeping students in the driver's seat of their own experience.
