Levis D. McCullers Undergraduate Scholarship

Undergraduate, non-traditional age college students currently enrolled at the UK Lexington Campus may apply for this award for 2024-2025.

To be eligible, applicants must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours and have a 3.00 cumulative GPA or higher at UK. Applicants must be pursuing their first undergraduate degree as a full-time or part-time student.

All applicants who meet the minimum requirements for the Levis D. McCullers Undergraduate Scholarship will be considered for a $1000 award for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Deadline to Apply for Fall 2024: June 1, 2024

In addition to completing the scholarship application, students applying for the Levis D. McCullers Undergraduate Scholarship must also submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. (FAFSA priority deadline is March 1st.)

Applications for Fall 2024 will be available through June 1, 2024.

How do I login to ScholarshipUniverse? 

  1. Once you have been accepted to the University, you can click here to access ScholarshipUniverse
  2. Enter your linkblue email (example: wildcat123@uky.edu) and password. 
  3. Answer all student profile questions provided. 
  4. Click on the “Scholarships” tab to begin applying for scholarships. 
  5. Using the search bar search for a keyword such as, “McCullers.”

UK Women's Forum Educational Assistance Award

Eligible University of Kentucky employees may apply for a $250 reimbursement to assist with the cost of books and/or other materials, supplies, and fees related to their UK course work.

Child Care Grant

The University of Kentucky Student Government Association offers child care grants to UK students who have a dependent child or children.

To be eligible, applicants must be officially admitted to the University of Kentucky, submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form, and provide an estimate of household monthly living expenses. These grants are need-based awards offered during the fall and spring semesters.

Students can search for external scholarship opportunities on ScholarshipUniverse. Students must be admitted to the university and have an active UK linkblue email account and password to access ScholarshipUniverse.
