VA Education Benefits
Students who use VA education benefits should make sure that they fill out the UK VA Benefits Request Form EVERY semester. Students who use the KDVA Tuition Waiver should complete the KDVA Waiver Form EVERY semester. Listing all classes is key to ensuring students receive their benefits.

Did you Add/Drop a Class?
Students who drop a class after filling out the form should Mrs. Amy Southwood at amy.southwood@uky.edu as soon as possible. All classes must contribute to the chosen degree field in order to receive payment form the VA. Students should consult with their academic advisor if in doubt about class choices.
