Outdoor Adventures Spring Break Backpacking and Rafting

The Chattooga River and surrounding gorge is one of the most beautiful and scenic areas dividing Georgia and South Carolina. Designated in 1974 by Congress as "Wild and Scenic" this area will be unforgettable. This trip will consist of a day hike on day 2, an overnight backpacking trip on days 3 and 4, then wraps up with a full day of rafting on Section 3 of the Chattooga. All food, backpacking equipment and transportation provided on the trip. A more detailed schedule and pack list will be sent to registered participants the week prior to the trip leaving.
