Join us at the Johnson Center on April 8th and 22nd from 6:00 to 6:30 PM for Train at the Track! This event features 30-minute, circuit-style full-body workouts led by UK’s personal trainers. Whether you're just starting out or are looking for a new challenge, this session is designed for everyone.

What can you expect?
You’ll be divided into small groups, rotating through 4 stations that may include kettlebells, free weights, and cardio exercises.
