Available now on Canvas, Campus Recreation Virtual lets you stay active and engaged anytime, anywhere. Access is included with your student fees, so there is no additional cost to join. From the home page you will find On Demand Les Mills Virtual Group Fitness Classes and Training Plans that are 2-12 weeks in duration, below are a few examples. Self-Enroll through Canvas today!
- Couch to 5K - beginning running program
- At home workout – do this workout in your apartment, res hall or even in the gym
- Barbell/Dumbbell – using free weights to help you reach your goals
- General Full Body Workout – get fit from head to toe
- Machine/Cables Workout – Total body workout only using machines or cable machines

Online Fitness Coaching
Have you ever wanted guidance from a personal trainer or wanted to up your fitness game, online coaching is for you. UK Personal Trainers will utilize the True Coach online platform to design a program just for you with 3 workouts per week over a 12 week period. The program fee is $115.00.
Step One: Register and pay for the program.
Step Two: Complete this form to meet with a UK Campus Recreation Personal Trainer
Step Three: Schedule your fitness assessment with your assigned personal trainer.
